Pruny is made in accordance to an outdated recipe in standard Italian homemade style, but restyled employing cutting-edge production technologies, in compliance with the latest good quality and safety specifications.Pruny is not a standard protect that has been strained or sieved, as it retains the fibrous nature of apricot pulp whilst remaining straightforward to spread. It is perfect for jam tarts, cooks well in an oven at 180°C without having boiling or staining the baking tins with liquid. It does not contain thickening agents, preservatives, coloring agents or acidifiers.
