The title Raclette signifies \'scraper\' and refers to a group of gourmet cheeses which are melted to make a conventional Swiss dish of the same identify. These are mountain cheeses made initially in the Vallais area but are now made during Switzerland. Although the French also create a fine Raclette, we believe that the traditional Swiss Raclette cheese is superior and demanding of your choice.
