Camas Prairie Tea Organic (Rene Caisse\'s Original Formula) by Trout Lake Farm Natural Herbs four oz Tea Essiac tea originated in the early 1920s when a Canadian nurse named Rene Caisse (essiac is Caisse spelled backwards) acquired the formula from a patient who acquired the recipe from an Ojibwa medication guy. She went on to use the essiac tea formula for numerous many years with good outcomes. Nurse Caisse passed away in 1978 but her essiac tea recipe remains to be appreciated by all who use it. Trout Lake Farm began manufacturing Camas Prairie Tea in 1994. At the time of its conception it was identified as Caisses Herbal Tea. Although this new venture was a departure from Trout Lake Farms roots in farming supplying raw supplies we felt that it was critical to introduce a reasonably-priced but high-good quality option to the a lot more pricey essiac products in the marketplace.
