Sent this to my dad for Father’s Day, and it arrived on time, and he loved it. He said it brought back many memories, and included some of his favorite candies from back when he was a kid. He enjoyed the box it came in, and the candies tasted as they did when he was a kid. If you know anyone from the 40s definately consider buying them this as a gift. It makes a great gag gift to.
i sent this to my 80 year old Mother for Mother’s day. she was thrilled not to get more flowers and said it was a huge amount of candy and she enjoyed the memories that they evoke.

I bought this for my grandparents for Christmas last year. They loved it! They said it was like being back in their childhood, and many of their friends came over to sample their old favourites. There was apparently enough candy in there for lots of sharing, and I might buy this again for them this Christmas!

Ideal Birthday party Gift EVER !!! Mom was born in late 30’s so I figured that she ‘d remember sweet from 5 yrs and up … so, I opted for the 1940’s box. You need to’ve seen her face … PRICELESS … She was so tickled, shocked and it was just high happiness bearing in mind cent sweet from her childhood years. There were just 2 products that she didn’t remember, but she chalked it approximately most likely setting you back more than she could pay for = 1 penny each. So, she said anything over a penny she just didn’t pay any type of attention to besides one product that was her preferred. Her daddy would give her additional money as a “splurge” so she could possibly pay the 5 cents for each piece. Guess what? It was in this box;-) She ENJOYED it … and, she positioned it up on her sofa table to simply review for a couple of days prior to consuming. THANKS a lot for such a splendid trip down memory street. She informed stories about each kind of sweet that she got of the box. She claimed it sampled good also. This female has everything. I honestly didn’t understand just what to get her. I bought this for my little one, so he could have original, never-seen sweets in his development calendar. THe box is stunning, the candy were just right as described, and because I reside in Montevideo (Uruguay, South America), it visits the company’s credit rating that the box arrived completely, not a single sweet crushed or damaged … WOW !! Will definitely buy once again from them, this time around the 50s !!
My mother was so excited about this present. She liked the choice that was in the box. It took her for a travel down memory lane … exactly just what I was expecting. She had actually merely been exploring several of these sweets to me that she used to get as a kid. So it was excellent timing when I found it. My only complaint would be that the box was a little bit smushed and had a little tear in the side. Could possibly have been from the delivery too however it bothered me gifting it with a rip in it. Aside from that it was an excellent experience.
If your children or g’children saw the components of this package deal, they would be surprised at just how basic enjoyable can be. We made a bunch of dental experts well-off with this stuff! lol
I got this as a Christmas present for my grandpa. It showed up extremely promptly and in great shape. There was a lot of sweet in the box and my grandpa loved it. My only problem is there was too much paper filler in the box. It was truly frustrating to dig through it to get to the candy.

This was a gift for my father in regulation’s 70th birthday celebration. He liked it a great deal. The factor for not giving it 5 superstars is since I assume the price is a little steep.
I got this for a present. It was discounted when I acquired. Would not have actually purchased otherwise for the normal price. Was a great deal of enjoyable for everyone to enjoy the receivers experiencing all the sweet and memories some of the candy produced. Although there was more of the sweet the receivers didn’t understand compared to did. was still a fun present that brought smiles and giggling.

I obtained this for my grandparents who satisfied in teh 1940s. They simply acquired it. Appeared in 2 days with Amazon Best. My grandmother liked the box it can be found in and grandfather evidently was wolfing down the contents while we chatted. Extremely pleased grandparents makes a happy customer! Cannot discuss the components however I asked if it was candy from way back when, and she jsut said, Oh yes! She’s pretty nostalgic so I enjoy it made her and my grandfather happy.
I got this product for my grandmother for Xmas and she completely adored it. She had numerous presents close to her, standing by to be opened and still spent regarding ten minutes browsing the candy and pointing out her favorites from her childhood. She didn’t consume any one of the candy yet, so I’m unsure of the sweet top quality, however the present costs purchasing for the fond memories alone. After reading several evaluations regarding the bad distribution time, I was worried the gift wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. The distribution had ideal timing and were a couple days before its scheduled distribution date.
